Your stay includes

Package Exclusions

• Flying doctor’s emergency evacuation cover. – USD 15 per person
• Personal expenses such travel and medical insurance, excess baggage fee, communication charges that include, emails, faxes and phone calls beverages including water, soft drinks luxury champagne, spirits or meals not included in the itinerary.
• Gratuity for Porterage / waiters at hotels, camps, and airports
• Gratuity for your professional driver guide.
• Cost of obtaining passport and visas.(Assistance Provided)
• Any optional tours or excursions not mentioned.
• International airfares and domestic airfares.(can be added on request basis )Lunch/dinner.

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

The itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice.The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away. There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.

*Please note: Passports & QID  should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay. Qatar Residents are eligible to get on arrival visa in Egypt. It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel .Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise .Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
