1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity copy all old passports
2. Qatar residency Permit (copy)
3. 2 recent color photographs 4.5*3.5 mm
4. Original updated Bank Statement with sufficient bank balance (last 6 months) with seal and signature
5. Sponsor Letter from the Company stating your Salary, designation, Employment duration.
6. Your 6 most recent original pay slips authenticated by your employer
7. Flight reservation
8. Hotel confirmation or tour confirmation
9. Valid travel health insurance

Approval of the requested visas is solely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Embassy and Musafir.com will not be held liable for any delays or rejections after submission. Processing time is not guaranteed and may vary from case to case. The processing will be calculated from the time the Embassy/ consulate has received the application. Applicants are advised to plan their travel well in advance and complete visa formalities up to 30 days prior to their intended date of travel to avoid delays.
