Processing time will be 14 to 20 working days

1. Passport - Validity of a minimum of three months
2. Valid Qatar residence permit (minimum validity up to return to Qatar)
3. One recent biometric passport sized photograph (3.5x4,5 cm)
4. Copy of passport pages
5. Copy of Qatari residence permit
6. Copies of previous Schengen visa
7. Overseas medical insurance Minimum coverage 30,000.00 €
8. Flight reservation & confirmed hotel reservation
9. Letter from local employer/sponsor
10. CR or company registration certificate
11. Original stamped and signed personal bank statements of 6 last months.
12. Pay slip of last 6 months

• Applicants may be required to pay a non-refundable visa application fees
• Submitting a visa application does not guarantee approval.
• Immigration officials have the authority to deny visas based on their discretion and assessment of the applicant's eligibility.

Visa fee is subject to change without prior notice due to policy changes & foreign exchange fluctuation. Approval of the requested visas is solely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Embassy and Musafir.com will not be held liable for any delays or rejections after submission. Processing time is not guaranteed and may vary from case to case. The processing will be calculated from the time the Embassy/ consulate has received the application. Applicants are advised to plan their travel well in advance and complete visa formalities up to 30 days prior to their intended date of travel to avoid delays.
