• Passport with minimum validity of 6 months (Original passport port need to be submitted for Minimum 03 Days for verification)
• Qatar residency Permit (copy)
• Return Flight Tickets
• Hotel reservation (copy)
• 2 passport size photograph, taken against white background

For Families:

• Marriage Certificate (for Spouse)
• Birth Certificate (for child)
