  • Second Payment 100% of the balance amount including extras booked. (45 days
    before departure or with visa submission whichever comes first)

    • Cancellation Policy:

    • Once confirmed, booking fees of QAR 1500 will be Non-refundable.
    •  Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
    • 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
    • Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
