- Qatar residency Permit (copy)
- NOC letter from Company/Sponsor
- Attested copy of bank statement
- Travel Insurance certificate along with return flight tickets/Hotel reservation
- Copy of Computer card(If requested)
- 2 passport size photograph, taken against white background
