- Residency Permit valid more than 3 months from the entry date of
Korea - Passport valid more than 6 months and copy of passport
- Documents to prove your stay in Qatar over 2 years:
- Employment Certificate issued by your current company which
mentioned position and salary - Certificate which is mentioned your Residency Permit details, including
first entry (issuance date) and the expiry date - Apply for 'To Whom It May Concern' certificate through online Metrash
application and print. - Company’s establishment card and english commercial registration
that valid more than 3 months from entry date of Korea - Original invitation letter* issued by the korean company stating the
responsibility, purpose, period of stay and invitee’s information etc. and
commercial registration of the company (*must be notarized or
attested by a notary or a lawyer in the Republic of Korea who has been licensed by the Republic of Korea in order to verify authenticity of the
documents.) - Copy of previous 5 years of travel record such as exit-entry stamp or
visa page on the passport, if you have traveled and applicable. - 1 White background passport size picture taken in 6 months

*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
