Payment Policy
- First Installment (Deposit): 50% of the total package cost (inclusive of the booking fee) is due within 3–5 days of confirmation to secure flight seats and hotel rooms.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be settled no later than 30days before
departure (i.e., by 7 September 2026), in line with the point at which cancellation charges rise to 50%
- Late/Non-Payment: Failure to clear the balance by the due date may result in
automatic cancellation of the booking, with charges applied as per the Cancellation Policy.
- Accepted Payment Modes: Bank transfer, credit/debit card (surcharge may apply), or
cash/cheque at the Musafir office.
- Currency: All payments to be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
- Full payment is mandatory prior to issuance of air tickets and hotel vouchers.
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
