VISA REQUIREMENTS

•  Passport must be valid for more than 6 months.
• Qatar residence visa must be valid for minimum 3 month after return date.
• Visas on arrival are subject to immigration approval sometimes.
• Passengers must be resident in QATAR for the last 6 months.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once confirmed, booking fees of QAR 1500 will be Non-refundable.
•  Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
• 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a

roll away. 

• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• In case of the unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate

accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.

• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required

for your trip and visa.
