Most world-wide researches on the happiest countries point to the same reports. Ever wondered why some countries are happier than the rest? Are they genetically disposed to be happier? Is the weather or the geographical location of these countries contributing to their happiness. We definitely think not. We set out to find how these countries whip up that intangible, elusive little thing called happiness, year after year. We didn’t expect to discover a magic potion, but we surely thought there is something unique that made these countries tick. And we were pleasantly surprised to learn that it is often the little things that create happiness. But something that remained constant in all these countries is the work-life balance.
